Awaken Your Root Chakra!
Join Tracy and Katya in a guided day retreat on the farm to explore and awaken your root chakra energy. Learn why it is important to explore root chakra now, how to get started, and receive practice tools and techniques to incorporate into your daily routine. The root chakra is our first energy center located at the base of the spine. When we sit directly on the ground we can allow the energy exchange between us and earth energy. By using the vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, group Reiki, guided imagery, and gentle poses, we can enhance our internal frequencies and promote energy flow. This ultimately allows for us to heal, shift, and realign with our purpose, path, and plan. We are passionate about helping you on your spiritual journey to remember who you are truly meant to be!
Small intimate groups no larger than 8 participants allow us to work directly with you.
Our large sherpa-style tent provides protection from the elements and helps you to stay connected to earth energy.
We provide water, hot herbal teas, and healthy snacks.
Day retreats are normally 9am – 3pm, unless otherwise noted.
