To get started you will: have an initial consult with a dietitian to review your nutrition goals. From there you will receive monthly nutrition downloads, PDFs, expert nutrition information. Keep an ongoing text conversation with me during the month while out and about at the grocery store, restaurant, while on vacation, or making supper for super fast nutrition input. Also use the online journal to keep yourself accountable and a good way to review weekly with the dietitian.

The one thing that is missing from those programs is real time input from an expert. That is where LifeRoot comes in. Along with using your current tools you can integrate this integral part of staying true to your goals and staying accountable. (You don’t need to use a tracking app for LifeRoot)
